By accessing or using PlanForge AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users globally.

2. Description of Service

PlanForge AI provides AI-powered document generation including business plans, pitch deck outlines, grant applications, business proposals, and domain name suggestions. Documents are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended as starting points, templates, and professional drafts.

They are not legal advice, financial advice, or professional consulting. You should review all generated content with relevant professionals (lawyers, accountants, financial advisors) before using for official, legal, or investment purposes. PlanForge AI makes no representations regarding the accuracy of financial projections, market data, or legal compliance of generated documents.

4. User Accounts

You must create an account to use paid features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You must provide accurate information during registration.

5. Payments & Refunds

  • •All prices are in USD. Payments are processed by Stripe.
  • •One-time purchases are charged immediately upon checkout.
  • •Subscriptions are charged monthly and auto-renew until cancelled.
  • •Refunds: Contact us within 24 hours of purchase if your document could not be generated due to a platform error. We will regenerate at no charge or issue a refund.
  • •No refunds for documents successfully generated and delivered.
  • •Chargebacks without contacting us first will result in account termination.

6. Intellectual Property

You own all rights to the documents generated for you using your inputs. By using the Service, you grant PlanForge AI a limited license to process your inputs solely to generate your requested documents. We do not use your document content to train AI models. PlanForge AI retains all rights to the platform, software, and technology.

7. Prohibited Uses

  • •Generating content to deceive investors, lenders, or regulators with false information
  • •Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform
  • •Creating multiple accounts to circumvent free tier limits
  • •Reselling or white-labelling generated documents as your own AI service
  • •Violating any applicable laws or regulations

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLANFORGE AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses arising from downtime.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. Upon termination, you retain access to previously downloaded documents.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration before a mutually agreed arbitrator, or in the courts of South Africa.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you via email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
